omg today i called clubpenguin cuz a year my penguin got banned forever, and they said hi this is clubpenguin services how may i address your call, i said my oenguin got banned, they gave me to a guy scoot, and said it was Pon Pon777 it was banned, and they said it banned 1 year ago, so they could not remove it, but they were very VERY nice,
