how do you make a dreampenguin? p.s. heres my order.

body: anything blue
Feet: blue sneakers
color: light blue

background: blue flower hawaiian background
Editor: you copy a picture of your penguin and put it in mspaint,and then you color over it i dont really get it but, um i will have ur oder by saturdayday cause my computer is not working that good, and im packing leaving on thursday back on saturday
